Work on the video began four years ago with significant involvement from Crossroads members. Approximately 80 members have contributed to the video in every possible form - from being interviewed to narration, designing the format and content, editing and choosing the music, pictures, and video clips.

A small group of members and staff worked on the final production with videographer Jason Lefrense.
